Welcome a “La Casa di Agartha”. We are delighted to welcome you to our B&B situato a Bolsena (VT).
Please read the following sales conditions carefully before making your reservation.
1. Reservations:
The simplest way to reserve one or more rooms is through the “rooms” menu option on the website lacasadiagartha.com or by clicking the “book now” button on the same site. You may also book by phone at 0761 771629 or 320 6787672 or by sending a request to booking@lacasadiagartha.com . Tutte le richieste di prenotazione sono soggette a disponibilità e conferma via mail da parte de “La Casa di Agartha”. All booking requests are subject to availability and email confirmation from “La Casa di Agartha.” We respond to all requests within 24 hours. In any case, the room reservation is confirmed only after the deposit or full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Reservation Cancellation or No-Show:
You may cancel the reservation without penalty up to 5 days before the arrival date by written notice via email to booking@lacasadiagartha.com. After this period, the penalty is 100% of the stay cost. No-shows incur a charge for the entire reservation.
3. Booking Information:
To receive the booking confirmation by email from “La Casa di Agartha,” you must provide the details of all occupants, including name, surname, and date of birth.
Additionally, a credit card in one of the occupants’ names is required as a guarantee.
Upon arrival, guests may change the payment method, including cash payments (up to €5,000 per Italian law).
The balance due for the stay, including the city tax (unless prepaid), is required at check-out unless otherwise agreed.
5. Check-in e Check-out
Upon arrival, each guest must present valid ID per legal requirements; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
Check-in is available from 14:00, unless otherwise agreed. The property is staffed daily until 20:00. After this time, late check-in arrangements, potentially with an extra fee, must be made.
Check-out must be done by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed, which may involve an additional fee. Free luggage storage is available.
6. Additional Guests
No additional guests are permitted in the rooms (maximum capacity: 2 people per room).
7. Property Rules
Please respect house rules (found in each room’s printed directory), including maintaining quiet and no smoking within the property.
8. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings during their stay.
The owner is not liable for any personal property damage or theft during guests’ stay; it is advised to lock the room door when away or at breakfast or the spa.
9. Beds
Our beds are exclusively “double beds” with standard dimensions of 160×190 cm. Please consider this if you are particularly tall, as it cannot be modified.
10. Stairs
Our B&B is on the 1st floor of a historical building from 1850 with an original stone staircase and two iron handrails. No mechanical/electric means (elevator or stairlift) are available, so please consider this before booking.
11. Privacy
The personal data provided will be processed per the applicable privacy regulations (see privacy policy).
12. Changes to Conditions
“La Casa di Agartha” reserves the right to modify these sales conditions. Changes will be promptly communicated on the property’s website.

Only by making your reservation through our site included in the cost of the room will you have free access to the wellness area.
